Choc Mint Protein Smoothie Bowl

- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 2-3 large handfuls spinach
- Flesh 1 small avocado
- 1 scoop chocolate brown rice protein powder
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 mint leaves
- ⅛ tsp spirulina powder (optional for extra colour)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a small bowl and top with whatever you like
