Choc Mint Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 2-3 large handfuls spinach
  • Flesh 1 small avocado
  • 1 scoop chocolate brown rice protein powder
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 mint leaves
  • ⅛ tsp spirulina powder (optional for extra colour)
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a small bowl and top with whatever you like
