Easy Vegan Almond Cream Cheese

- 1 cup blanched whole almonds (soaked for a few hours if your blender is not strong enough)
- ½ cup water
- juice ½ lemon
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- Simply add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until a smooth paste forms. It may take 1 - 2 minutes depending on your blender.
- Transfer to a container or little jar and store in the fridge for a few days and enjoy.
- Get creative with different flavour combinations or toppings.
