Quick & Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Granola ( only 5 ingredients)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup unsalted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Make sure the peanut butter mixed through the oats well and starts to look clumpy.
  2. Transfer to baking tray and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 C turning once. Keep you eye on them so they don't burn. ( my oven is strong so they are done in about 12 minutes)
  3. Allow to cool, store in airtight jar or container.
