For the base process all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and crumby . Divide the mixture evenly in a muffin tray and press into the base of the bottom and sides. set aside
For the caramel, mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until creamy and gooey. Spoon on top of bases and set aside.
Melt down chocolate chips over low heat or double boiler . Once melted pour over caramel evenly.
Freeze for about 4 hours or until chocolate has set.
