Vegan Parmesan Cheese

This is the typical Parmesan cheese that all vegans will use. You can use raw cashews or almonds. I have tried both and definitely prefer the cashews. I don’t think it tastes exactly the same but it compliments well with pasta or anything Italian. Its also just delicious on its own.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashew
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
Method
  1. add all ingredients to food processor and process until fine.
  2. Store in an airtight container or jar.
  3. Will last in the fridge for months
