Choc Nut Tahini Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup chopped nuts and seeds (I used cashews, macadamias, almonds, walnuts sunflower seeds)
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling
Method
  1. Begin by adding your nuts and seeds to a food processor. Pulse a few times until all nuts are evenly crushed
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and process until mixture comes together in a dough. You can add more coconut if mixture is too sticky
  3. Roll the mix into balls and then roll around in some extra coconut to coat.
  4. Can be stored in the fridge of freezer. The freezer gives a firmer texture. Enjoy!
