Vegan Chocolate Wholemeal Spelt Pancakes with Peanut Butter Drizzle

Ingredients
PANCAKES:
1 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
⅓ cup wholemeal spelt flour
2 bananas
2 TBSP cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE:
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup peanut butter ( I used crunchy but smooth would work better)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
For the pancakes: Combine all the pancake ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick
lightly grease a small fry pan with coconut oil
use ¼ cup measurement of batter to cook up your pancakes on medium heat for a few good seconds on each side or until bubbles start to form. I like to do my pancakes one at a time but fry them up however you like
For the peanut butter drizzle: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined
Drizzle over your pancake stack
Serve with strawberries or anything else you like
