Easy Vegan Almond Cream Cheese

  • 1 cup blanched whole almonds (soaked for a few hours if your blender is not strong enough)
  • ½ cup water
  • juice ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  1. Simply add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until a smooth paste forms. It may take 1 - 2 minutes depending on your blender.
  2. Transfer to a container or little jar and store in the fridge for a few days and enjoy.
  3. Get creative with different flavour combinations or toppings.
