Vegan Autumn Pear Overnight Oats

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 heaped TBSP home made pear puree
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP flax seeds
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- good sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or jar, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top with toppings of choice. I used sliced pear, pecan and walnut nut butter, mandarin cardamon granola and extra cinnamon
