Vegan Baby Food Muffins
 
 
Hazel & Cacao:
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups wholemeal spelt flour or oat flour
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 Bubs Organic strawberry pear quinoa baby food pouches
  • 1 cup almond or soy milk
  • ¼ cup walnuts and sultanas (optional)
Method
  1. Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and soda.
  2. Squeeze in baby food pouches
  3. Pour in almond milk and mix to combine well
  4. Add optional walnuts and sultanas
  5. Divide mixture evenly in muffin tray ( it will make enough for 1 and a half trays )
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C or until tooth pick comes out clean
