Raw Vegan Gingerbread Bliss Balls

Serves: 12- 15
- ½ cup pitted dates
- ¾ cup pecans
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- desiccated coconut for rolling
- Simply blitz all ingredients together except coconut in food processor until sticky.
- Form into ball shapes with your hands and roll in coconut. I used about 2 tsp amount for each ball.
- Set in the fridge and enjoy.
