Raw Vegan Gingerbread Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • ¾ cup pecans
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • desiccated coconut for rolling
Method
  1. Simply blitz all ingredients together except coconut in food processor until sticky.
  2. Form into ball shapes with your hands and roll in coconut. I used about 2 tsp amount for each ball.
  3. Set in the fridge and enjoy.
