Easy Hazelnut Granola with Chocolate Chips

- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup hazelnut butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- drop vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup dark choc chips
- ⅓ cup roughly chopped raw hazelnuts
- In a large bowl mix together the oats, hazelnut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until clumpy and well combined
- Add in the chocolate chips and the hazelnuts and mix through
- Spread granola evenly on a lightly greased or lined baking tray
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 C turning once.
- Allow to cool and enjoy with plant-based milk, yoghurt or as a topping to smoothies
