Add all ingredients in a saucepan, mix, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked through and the liquid is absorbed. As this is a whole grain rice, it did take a while to cook (at least 40 minutes) so make sure to watch it and add more liquid if necessary.
Serve with coconut cream and berries
