Cinnamon for Insulin Resistance and PCOS

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup DHOW Ceylon Cinnamon Bark
  • 2 TBSP raw honey (optional)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Method
  1. Simply add cinnamon bark to water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to boil for about 5 minutes to make sure the cinnamon has infused into the water. Once done sift out cinnamon bark and stir in honey and vanilla if using. Enjoy
