Hello Everyone. Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I’m just dropping a quick line to say “Welcome to Hazel and Cacao.” This blog is about sharing

I am a certified Fertility Awareness Educator with Postgraduate education in Biomedical Science majoring in Reproductive Endocrinology and Nutrition Science. I love to bring women evidence-based information pertaining to hormone health at any stage of life. I adopted a plant-based lifestyle to help me recover from a severe hormonal imbalance caused by my contraception and became passionate about being creative in the kitchen with foods that helped to nourish my depleted hormones. I hope that the information and recipes I share on my blog can help give women some much-needed insight into the way the female body works as well as inspiration for recipes and meals that help support hormone balance at any stage of life.
