Berry Chocolate Cups

The recipe I am sharing today involves my standard little chocolate recipe which you would have noticed I have used in a few different ways already. Its so versatile, I know I will find another way to use it soon. I mix it up a little bit every time by changing the type of nut butter that I use and alternate between almond butter, cashew butter or ABC butter (almond, brazil nut and cashew). On a side note, I actually hate brazil nuts, I wish I didn’t because only one brazil nut per day provides you with all the selenium you need. Thankfully in ABC butter I can not taste them in there so I try to get them in my diet that way. ABC butter is such a great combination of essential fats, vitamins minerals and plant based protein. This is that little chocolate combination that Maddy can not get enough of.. you know the one that he usually eats up before I even get a chance to try it haha. Very simple recipe! enjoy!
